Danny and Debbie win English Sombo Medals
Boy friend and girl friend Danny Carrott and Debbie Jackson were the only entrants from The Warriors Grappling Club based at the Swale Martial Arts Club Sittingbourne to compete in the “English Sombo Championships “ which was held in St Albans Hertfordshire. Debbie put up a good performance a brilliant performance to take silver in the Ladies Open Weight. While boyfriend Danny, fresh back from the World championships, done even better winning the Gold in the Men’s u90 kilo class and Gold in the Men’s Open quite an achievement for a 21 year old. The club will be in full action in January with a Free Sombo Training Morning February 3rd CombatSombo Course February 24th, Sombo Wrestling Course on February 17th and the British being held at the Swallows on March 30th.
